One of the best ways to receive your certified translation is by sending you a certified electronic translation.

It could be a scanned, certified translation or a digitally-signed PDF, whichever suits you better. As required by the UK government, it will also carry my self-certifying statement (stating that it’s a ‘true and accurate translation of the original document’), contact details, date, signature, and seal.

Many UK authorities accept certified electronic translations, particularly as they need to be submitted electronically as part of an online application process if you are applying for settled status, citizenship, etc.
