2020 Five Films for Freedom

Andrea is a translator and subtitler, owner of AS - Language Services. She works with English and Spanish and specialises in marketing, telecommunications, business and legal. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists in London and is registered with the Embassy of Argentina as a certified translator. The British Council, in partnership with BFI Flare: London LGBTIQ + Film Festival, makes five LGBTIQ+ themed short films available for the world to watch online for free, over an 11-day period each year. 2020's films were live from 18 - 29 March.

This year I have been very proud to be part of Brightlines’ team responsible for the subtitles.
